The Big Red C – Campaign Artwork

‘Released into the wild’ last week – The Big Red C – this year’s campaign in Scotland for awareness of hepatitis C has been one of the projects I have been ‘beavering’ away at in recent months.

Back in April I was approached by a representative of a collective of charities – Waverley Care, Hepatitis Scotland, Add Action, Positive Help, The Hepatitis C Trust and several NHS Boards (Grampian, Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Lanarkshire, Lothian and Tayside) – to design the logo and ‘look and feel’ of their Big Red C campaign. This involved designing print assets, such as large ads for buses, leaflets and posters for washrooms, plus a mini-website to act has a hub for further information.

Here is a wee sample of the clear typography and clean-cut graphics for the campaign. The website, a responsive (tablet and mobile friendly, as well as desktop) design, can be viewed at www.hepcscot.org.
